A solid black sesame gelato which was much needed in the sweltering heat we’ve been facing nowadays 🥵 creaminess is more regular ice cream than gelato which I associate with being creamier, and there’s a bit of a floral taste to it which was fine for me but may not be for everyone.

🕳️🍦Gelato texture is on enjoyable, not icy! Black sesame does come through, but would be nice to have it stronger, maybe by reducing the sugar? Dense and slightly sticky texture. Quite 'gao', really liked this bittersweet flavour!
