Chilled rice noodle tofu vegetable bowl

One of my favourite fast food meals to get when out and about, the key is to double up on the sauces to layer the flavour, otherwise it’s a bit plain ngl. SUPER filling! Everything is well seasoned and the tofu is really tasty. The restaurant is organized like chipotle, for reference
