Sushi Vegetable Platter With Vegan Soy

Amazing! The restaurant has a separated menu and kitchen for the vegan food.

Decent vegan sushi with gluten free soy sauce #ashers

Forgot to take a pic but consisted of 4 pieces avo maki, cucumber maki, California rolls, fashion sandwiches and 2 pieces bean curd inari. Having tamari as a soy alternative is a big win for me because I’m gluten free. Didn’t try the wasabi though just in case. Ginger added nice flavour. Without mayo it was a little dry but good alternative for gf vegans #ashers
