This dish is BUSSIN. I was craving a good bowl and this satisfied my craving. It says vegetarian on the menu but it’s vegan

Easy five stars! Loved the combination of flavors and textures in this dish. Charred sweet plantains, a fresh slaw with crisp radishes and green apples, sautéed kale, black beans and quinoa came together in a very satisfying meal. Felt great after—not too full.
