Tofu Scramble

Really good and what you would expect from a tofu scramble.

Absolutely one of my favorite vegan dishes in Pittsburgh. The latkes are perfectly crispy and salty, the shiitake mushrooms are chewy and delicious, and the tofu scramble is incredible. Couldn’t recommend this dish enough. Comes with a small side of super spicy harissa sauce which is so good. You can buy it in tubs by the register. Highly recommend.

Best tofu scramble I’ve had🤙🏼 the mushrooms and kale complimented it so well🙌🏼 also loved the side of latkes served with it!
