This Halloween weekend special had a creamy white cheese over shell pasta topped with crispy chick’n strips, kale pesto, toasted pumpkin seeds, and cracked black pepper. The vegan chicken had just the right taste and texture and I liked how the perfectly al dente shells took up the luscious creamy sauce.
