Vegan kfc burger

We tried the vegan KFC burger today, it blew me away. The cauliflower florets were battered in spices, that made it taste way better than KFC. The gochujang sauce complimented the cauliflower well. It's a lovely alternative to soy based burgers.

I know this looks like a chaotic mess, BUT that’s because I shoved most of it in my face before I remembered to take a picture. It was beautifully presented before my grubby paws mishandled it. Wow. Absolutely amazing flavour 😍

This is quite a tasty burger, the pady is coliflower in a kimchi batter so it's a little spicy, which just adds to the great flavour. However it's is quite a small burger and 12 chips for R140 so not good valeu for money.

So so so yum ! The aegir project has been newly renovated in December and expanded and they have delicious beers and this burger is so so good, you wouldn’t think you’re eating cauliflower but wow ! And the sauces are delicious !
