vegan buffet

Omg we simply loved it here! Each item was so flavourful. Normally buffets tend to be quite wasteful but since here you pay per weight it helps in being more mindful. And the Tiramisu, to die for! Simply loved it!

Adelhaus in Freiburg im Breisgau is one of my favourite restaurants. I don’t know any other restaurant that offers such a great #vegan-friendly #organic #healthy #buffet with a variety of unbelievably #delicious !! hot and cold options. It amazes me again and again how it’s possible that the food they offer tastes so well. I honestly could eat there every day. I also love the atmosphere in the restaurant, they have a beautiful little outside area where in the summer it’s very nice to sit. The only con is that they also offer some vegetarian options, which is really unnecessary plus these options could be veganized so easily. Best (vegan) restaurant in town. It’s an amazing buffet - also with vegetarian options but mainly vegan. It’s all organic and super healthy - amazing lentil salades. Look at the pictures. It’s incredible. I love it :)

Vegetarian buffet with many vegan options which are labelled. Almost everything we tried tasted really good. But it can get very expensive when you put too much food on your plate...

É un buffet vegetariano/vegano, c'é un sacco di scelta ed é tutto molto saportito. Unica pecca: per essere un buffet é un po' caro; il piatto della prima foto, un mix abbondante della maggior parte della proposta straight vegan, mi é costato 25€.
