Dunque... Non posso dire che sia cattivo, ma semplicemente non ha il sapore del babaganoush fatto in casa o mangiato al ristorante. È una crema di melenzane arrostite, condita con troppo aceto per i miei gusti. Nel complesso con un po' di pane abbrustolito o qualche verdura cruda tagliata sottile, si lascia mangiare.
