Brings a lovely flavour and fragrance in the breakfast bowl. Very healthy. The only downside:
Ethiopia is jeopardizing its own natural resources and economy to sell their cereal to hungry-superfood western countries. And the Dutch, in the good colonial tradition, patented teff. It's always the same story: 'third-world' countries looted to support colonial countries.
Now that I know I avoid buying it, especially the one marketed in Holland. #endcolonialism
