This is a thin wheat-based cutlet. Not a great deal of taste, so it
needs to be combined with more flavorful foods or toppings. Packaging says each each cutlet is 10 gm protein, so that's a bonus. Product of Israel.

Super yummy and source of protein and vitamin b12! They’re also kosher and GMO free
