I truly hope I got a bad batch or something because this was not what I expected. This is a tomato sauce with white beans meant to be served with pasta. First of all it was mainly beans and very little sauce??? Secondly, according to the packaging it's supposed to have a "rich and herbaceous taste"...but it barely had any flavour at all. The sauce had just the tiniest hint of tomato but other than that nothing. The beans were the most flavourful thing in this sauce :[ Unfortunately, I didn't have any ketchup left, so I just poured some garlic powder on it just to give it some flavour and make it edible (because I just cannot handle bland food). It wasn't past the expiration date, and my taste buds were fine. I truly hope this was a bad batch... but I'm not ever gonna spend money on this again just in case it wasn't.
