I love the concept ! I think for people who have an allergy with soy
and want to take other stuff than seitan is really nice ! I liked this taste of chickpeas !

i died to try kofu. it is basically tofu made out of chickpeas. this was
the smokey flavoured one. looks like a mixture of cheese and mango. very firm when cold but gets spongy when cooked. used it as a topping for my salad and reminded me in its taste of croquettes. expected more protein from the chickpeas. only 4.9g. pricey as well with eur 4.49 won't turn into one of my must-haves but will definitely try their other flavours.

didn't really like it, but I'll try making tofu scramble, that might work. It has a weird consistency, very crumbly...
