Spicy Italian Veggie Sausages

I was SUPER excited to find this at my local freshco in Milton. This was

my favourite vegan sausage when I was a teen but i haven't seen it at a grocery store in ages. I stocked up and froze a few.

I love grilling this and having it in a bun, or pan frying to add to stir frys, pasta or as a breakfast side. Yum!!! I love eating this with a lot of caramelized onions. They are not spicy at all though.

These sausages are so yummy! I enjoy them most airfryed for 10 minutes at 390°F.

They have a very sausagey flavor and a skin like non-vegan intestine wrapped sausages.

I got the #Yves at superstore, but the #Daiya from #bulkbarn. I was craving baked

mac & cheese and the daiya zesty cheddar sauce definitely hit the spot! I added fake bacon (also from bulk barn) and topped it with #panko and #sriracha...

The texture is perfect! I love having these for breakfast.

veggie sausages, but I didn’t think these were too spicy.. They could be spicier. This time, I cubed the sausages and I used them as a pizza topping.
