between a shortbread biscuit and custard pudding. They are so soft and melty in your mouth that you just eat one after the other and you don't even feel bad about it because they're so delicious.

The only way to describe these is “moreish!”
We took the Yum Baker Custard Cookies away
with us on a road trip, and needless to say, they didn’t last long.
There is definitely a sort of shortbread-like vibe going for them (which I was obsessed with).
