Yu Pin King Black Beans are affordable and is easily available in many marts and
supermarkets. It makes nice black beans soup.
Before I am a vegan, I enjoyed black beans soup cooked with pork ribs. Now, hubby simply cooks the black beans with water and sea salt.
Though the soup is all black and doesn’t look appealing, it tastes nice and a great source of proteins. ❤️
