Per colazione l'ho unito a frutta fresca, semi vari e a fette biscottate. Sono pasticciona e mi piace fare queste combinazione che sono anche equilibrate dal lato nutrizionale, per assumere tutti i nutrimenti di cui abbiamo bisogno 😉
