Specially flown in by my partner at my request. You can’t find Ying Ying outside of the GTA (Greater Toronto area) but they’re tofu is my favourite. Better than Hodo, which is also American and pricier because of import and exchange rates. Plus, I trust their food regulation and inspection far less. I noticed Ying Ying has updated their packaging to reduce the amount of plastic for each pack rather than reduce the volume of food. Refreshing from the games other good companies are playing.
