Love this liquid smoke, nice to throw in the frying pan on the protein and sautee onions etc. a little goes a long way, tastes great, smells awesome!

I like to use this Liquid Smoke when I make my own Seitan, just add some drops in to the wet part of the dough. Or when I fry some burgers and other meat alternatives to add a more smokey flavor. I try not to add too much as it’s not the healthiest but adds a nice touch. Few drops is all that’s needed.
A must have. I love what the hickory flavor adds to so many dishes.
I love adding this to my homemade vegan cheese and to seitan. Adds a nice smokey flavor but you really need to play around to get the right amount, otherwise it's a bit odd.
A dash of Wright’s Liquid Smoke* in soups and other savory dishes adds Unami, a tip I learned from the master of layering complex flavors: @MississippiVegan.com. * Wright's liquid smoke is vegan, as confirmed by the company. The hickory smoke flavor is produced by burning wood and condensing the smoke, so that is a vegan-friendly process. The only other ingredient is spring water, which is also vegan-friendly.
