This is the regular soya fish used in their strips/ cutlets wrapped up. I would have liked a thicker spinach layer because that sour taste goes so well with the vish. Very tasty!

One of many creative plant-based ready-to-eat Christmas lunches at Woolies. The pasty is delicious- light, golden and flavourful, albeit a little thin. The meal itself is sizable and can feed 4-6 people. It has a subtle seafood flavour but the “fishy” taste isn’t overwhelming.
