Really tasty quick meal for cold weather. This meal provides more protein than the Mac
and Dairy-Free Cheese because of the soya bolognese. The cheese doesn't have a strong coconut flavor, as with other cheese alternatives. It's a very small portion so it works out to be very expensive but it's great to have a vegan option available.
This definitely sorted out my craving for a cheesy lasagne! Loved the flavours and I
think it combined well. Personally, seeing as I’m a stout vegan, the portion was a bit small 😅 Great for lunch with a salad but for dinner, I’m gonna need supersized
