Crunchy, fresh and super tasty. Nice size portion for a lunch on the go. Jalapeño dressing is tangy with a nice bite. Veggies crunch and pasta fills. Bowl is very full so tricky to mix it if on the go. I ended up eating a layer off first so I could mix up.
I loved this salad, so tasty and enough for 2. The combination of the crispy coconut flakes and jalapeño taste was surprisingly yummy. Will definitely buy this salad again and no sharing with anyone allowed 😂
