This turned out to be one of those products where I double check the packaging to make sure it's actually vegan because dang! It just tastes like regular vanilla ice cream. You can't even taste the coconut. Extremely creamy indeed. It's a bit expensive but I guess that's Woolies. Paired perfectly with apple crumble. Not sure why it says 'vegetarian' because it's definitely vegan 🤔
