Nothing beats the real deal made from scratch. (Veganised). But I was super impressed with

This is a quicky and easy dinner option. Tastes great and not too spicy. Just

add some shiitake mushrooms, sugar snap peas, baby corn and tofu (optional). Serve with noodles or rice 🍜

The Thai green curry cook in sauce from woolworths is vegan and delicious. I added

a bunch of green vegetables and some tofu and then served it with rice. It was tasty and quick to make.
