I used to deep fry this in oil... I know hey, the horror 👀 They work just as well in the air fryer these days with a spritz of oil. Crispy on the outside, soft and sweet on the inside.

I've never had sweet potato chips so wasn't sure what to expect but these oven baked ones weren't bad. I'm not 100% sure what I think but I would eat them again.
