Sushi nori

I use this when I make fish cakes with chick peas. I add it to

the blender with the chick peas as I find it gives the fish cakes a great fish flavour.

I use this if I want to give a dish a bit of a fishy

taste. Like making a vegan fish cake (with jackfruit) or oyster mushroom scallops

This sushi nori from Woolworths is super delicious. The perfect thickness, texture and taste.

I try to eat nori at least once a week. Great for making fake fish

or even blending it up to sprinkle on your salad or mixing with mashed chickpeas.
