Summer Bean Salad

This is one of my favourite side salads because it’s so light and fresh but

still a good amount of protein from the variety of beans. The vinaigrette is so delish and ties the salad together.

My fav go to! Light and crunchy with loads of flavour. Great as a side

dish or on its own :)

Fitting the Jacaranda trees starting to bloom, I got this Summer Salad as a quick

lunch. It’s light, nice and simple, with a mix of beans, sweetcorn, green beans and celery for some crunch ☀️🌸
