It's important that we find plant based probiotics for good gut health. I usually get

the strawberry flavour. But I thought I'd try vanilla out. It tastes like baby food to me. I think I prefer strawberry. The pleather bag next to me is also vegan FYI. #veganisnotscary #ditchdairy #vegan #greyton

Woolworths yoghurts are still my favourite dairy free yoghurts here in SA!!

Love mixing a

vanilla yoghurt pot with a banana and the smallest drizzle of vegan syrup. My sweet tooth is all over it 😋

Verdict on the Woolworths Soya Vanilla Yoghurts?
LOVE THEM!
When I posted about them (in a

recent shopping haul), everyone RAVED about them and said the strawberry variant was even better.
I’m a vanilla kind of guy (when it comes to food 😉), so these ticked a lot of boxes.
The only thing I’d change is the size of the yoghurt pot. I needed more per serving.
But otherwise, excellent!

I was pretty surprised by this product. It's smooth and light with a subtle vanilla

flavor (though perhaps a little too sweet for me). It's not grainy or powdery like other soy yogurts I've tried. At under R13 it's not bad. It says vegetarian due to being made in a factory that also handles dairy, but ingredients are all plant-based.

It not the most creamiest yogurt but it pretty decent, and the price is also

not bad compared to other exhorbatant prices of vegan yogurt.
