First time trying to make desserts out of puff pastry sheets. Sooo easy, fun and delicious!
A really delicious and super flaky puff pastry. Used it for quiche (which I veganised with silken tofu). Clearly marked vegan. Twice the price of other brands but also twice as tasty.
This puff pastry is awesome to use and is great quality! Super flaky-just like any good pastry should be 😍 Yesterday, I made some tarts (very rustic😅) with homemade olive tapenade and sliced mushrooms 😍 It was super easy! All I did was roll out the puff pastry, slice it into 4 rectangles, create a border by pressing down with a fork on each of the rectangles, spread my homemade olive tapenade generously in the middle ( I live for olives 😅) and place some sliced mushrooms on top and chilli flakes, brush the borders with plant milk to help it brown, and bake until the pastry is golden! I served my tarts with some wilted spinach 🌱 it was a perfect light little lunch! #veganisnotscary #challenge #90days #90reviews #abillion #findyourimpact
