Tonight I made traditional Nasi Goreng using the stir fry strips from Woolies and spice

sleeve from "Nice 'n Spicy" (available at Pick n Pay).

Leave out the egg and fish sauce of course - delicious! I used carrots, peas, red cabbage and peppers as veggies. You would never know - even a Dutch husband can't tell the difference.

Awesome job on woolies to add a vegan/vegetarian range and wallet friendly, too.
