Made a fantastic vegan cottage pie with this plant-based savory mince from Woolworths. Excellent! You
add the mince straight from the freezer. The texture of the mince is solid and took on the flavor of the spices and tomato beautifully. Made enough for lunch tomorrow. #veganuary

This is such a versatile item to have in the freezer/fridge. I use it to
make bolognese, bulk up some taco fillings, stir-fried with cabbage for a low-carb alternative, spooned over a baked potato, and the list goes on. It can be a bit pricy - so stick to buying it when they have their ‘buy 2, get X%/RX off’ special.
