Seems we're into soup weather here in South Africa so here's a another tasty ready

to cook mix. Saves a lot of time and possible waste by getting it all ready to dump into my big soup saucepan. Add in some homemade vegan chicken broth and cook. One pot dinner. #pigsnpaws.

These soup mixes are always a win. I like to add soy mince for added

substance and protein. A bit of miso paste thrown in with tomato paste at the start doesn’t go amiss either!

When you're not in the mood/ don't have the time to chop veggies, it's always

handy to have a soup pack in the fridge. Especially in winter! I probably spent just 10min in the kitchen as I added more onion, leeks and celery. The soup was ready to eat after about 45 minutes 😁

I made the minestrone soup mix with added black beans and lentils, with vegan stock.

Deliciously thick! I had mine with garlic cheese rolls.
