Woolies got it right, once again! Yay! Vegan lasagna š Super creamy cheese and flavoursome
filling. For once, I was actually satiated once I finished the meal.

Today I forgot to pack a lunch and was trapped on site all
day, so a quick mission to an Engen Woolies to see what's on offer. Of late I've noticed that there are no vegan wraps or quick on the go vegan options. I decided that to avoid the being "hangery" I would try this microwave and eat lasagna. It is very tasty and didn't mind the soya mince (which did add a bit of sweetness) On the whole in a pinch I wouldn't have an issue to buy this again š

As far as āinstant mealsā go (Iām not a big fan) this was pretty good.
Obviously itās not an oven-baked lasagne BUT still tasty and comforting, for what it is.
Not something Iāll be eating often, but would purchase again if I needed something quick.

This was so good! Perfectly melted cheese mixed with a great bolognese type sauce between
layers of pasta. I'm going to get lazy in the kitchen with all these yummy new instant vegan meals from woolies! 2 and a half minutes in the microwave and it's done!
