Green vegetable medley

I love this medley of vegetables. Sometimes I just microwave it for 3minutes with

salt and pepper but it’s a perfect combo for some veggies to add to a stir fry or a Thai curry 😍

My plan was to make a creamy sauce and chuck it over some noodles but

my husband cooked rice instead so we had a stir fry. Still damn good

Must love green veg 🫶🏽

This was a lovely mix that I added to my butternut

and grilled with garlic cloves & olive oil, salt & pepper.
Yum!
