Was looking for any Easter themed treats and saw a few posts on FB about

these being vegan, so decided to go find them at my local Woolies and lo and behold they had stock!

Now one of my new fave sweet snacks, hoping they stay and become part of their vegan selection. 💗

So yummy and addictive. I had to get some every time i was in Woolworths.

So sad that it has been discontinued. Why don’t they just make all of their candies & chocolate eggs gelatine and dairy-free so that everyone can enjoy it!

Yummy, they taste just like the speckled eggs I remember: satisfying outer crunch, soft inner

jelly and smooth, hard middle choccy. 👍 Very sweet but moreish. Dangerous being left alone with the bag! (Thank you @annika-m for confirming with @woolworthssa that the reason that milk is listed is due to risk of allergen cross-contamination and @ctfloof for pointing us to annika's review.)

Okay so I have a confession... Before I was vegan, I

had a severe Speckled Egg addiction 👀 it was bad... Needless to say, when I found out about the existence of vegan speckled eggs, I lost my mind a bit. I jumped up and down like a kid in a candy store. I also immediately went to the nearest Woolies to us and bought two bags. They are everything I hoped they would be and I now have to avoid every Woolies with all my willpower or else I will have a problem 😂 they're great, buy them so they keep making them please 😂 once again as with most things Woolies, would be great if it wasn't in plastic but the plastic is at least recyclable.
