This is a pleasant and satisfying soup. I especially like the hints of mint that

come through.

Thank goodness there is something that tastes nice with all the greens.
Could have made

the tub much bigger.

I really wanted to like this soup as it has all the vegetables I like

in it and looked healthy, but somehow I just didn’t enjoy it at all… 🙈🙈
