Diced Bacon-Less Pieces

Chickpea omelette time! Filings include the bacon-less bits, vegan feta & cheese

Quite enjoyed this. Cooked it with some soy sauce and garlic. And used it as

a filling for a bagel 👌💚

Good Smokey flavour and the texture is ok but doesn’t get very crispy (maybe if

you cook it more)
Still very tasty and added it to pasta which added a great flavour
