A really good cream replacement for cream used for cooking.
This has a subtle sweet coconut taste and goes better with desserts then savoury dishes. I expected this to taste more creamy and rich, but is more similar to a yoghurt than a cream.

Love my mom so much - for a family braai/barbecue, she went out and found this coconut cream; and used it to create my very own potato bake and dessert (she sliced some papaya and strawberries, then poured the cream on top with a sprinkle of brown sugar.) Both were really delicious. I was so thankful for her to do all of this for me 🥰 bestest. #potato #dessert #coconutcream
