This salad is amazing, very filling, love that there is enough hummus sauce in it to cover the whole salad.  Had some for breakfast and the rest die lunch at work.

Snack on the run. Eat 2 if you are hungry. Delicious.

Fresh , light , healthy meal when you don’t have time to make , or great to add as a side to your own meal 
Loved the creamy hummus dressing , but did not add the whole packet of dressing as there would have been too much sauce

This was not just the only vegan salad but also the only vegan ready meal (with no cooking required) available at the Engen Woolies in Gardens. A bit of a bummer because I also noticed Woolies seems to have discontinued the beetroot falafel wrap and the vegan pizza and I loved both ☹️ anyway this was nice, the sauce is really creamy and it's quite big. Did feel the need to add a few more ingredients to make it a really enjoyable meal. Not impressed by the single use plastic.

I will get this again 👌 this is one of the 'how' and 'where' we should get our protein from... A colourful dish/drink for all the nutrition and absorption.
