A super tasty, ready-to-eat alternative to rice or pasta. You can warm it up in the microwave, heat it over the stove or eat it cold mixed with salad. I usually buy in bulk but this is a welcome treat. Ecobrick the plastic pouch!
I found it a bit dry by itself as a meal so I added some tinned tomato and it was really good!
The flavour isn't something that you want to run back to but it is something that's nice to bulk up a meal or like a side to a curry etc.
