Bought a pack of 2 brinjals, ripped it open and chopped up the one to have in a rice dish - only then remembered to take a photo so here’s a photo of one of them ☺️ This one I dipped in a ‘batter’ and fried. Delicious. Will buy again #brinjal

These brinjal are very filling and taste quite delicious too with the right seasoning and preparation.
I like the small size, great for a one person meal. They are versatile and can be added cooked to a green salad or a couscous or quinoa salad. #stellenbosch
