Basically a vegan tim tam. (Or if you're from the uk- a penguin bar). Im
not massively into gluten free stuff- especially because of how many weird people who think vegan and gluten free is the same?? (What is that about?!) But you wouldn't know these are gluten free really- although my friend did say they were very dry (a classic gluten free trait...) i usually have them with tea- so no problemo. They're tasty, and quite often a main staple of my diet...
