than the usual Mince pies though with much the same ingredients. So annoying!!!

warm but I couldn’t wait - the filling is perfect and I can just imagine how delicious the pastry will be once popped in the oven or air fryer for 4 minutes.
UPDATE: popped them into the air fryer on 170 for 4 minutes - absolutely sublime 👌

and warm, after popping them in the air fryer. They’re not quite as good as my mom’s homemade version, but they’re a very close second and the added citrus flavour makes for a nice twist! Definitely buying them again (and all the non-vegans loved them too, so that is always a good thing!)
