Shiitake Mushrooms

I don’t generally like the texture of mushrooms but this was well mixed in with other foods.

These farm-to-frozen shiitake mushrooms are so filling! Great main dish with any sauce! #veganin2020

I usually can’t afford to eat shiitake mushrooms, but these frozen ones were around my price range! I love shiitake mushrooms. They are so chewy and delicious!
