Probably the tastiest protein shake I’ve ever had.
I usually add 2 scoops in a smoothie
along with:
200 - 250ml soy milk
1 banana (2 if they’re tiny)
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of flax seeds
4 dates
I usually have this for breakfast, which keeps me filled for a good couple of hours. #greyton
