This is definitely a contender for the Christmas table. I would keep it in the
oven a bit longer next time as the texture was a bit soft but nevertheless the taste was great and there was plenty to go round.

I really loved this, as turkey should be, without the violence and death, but moist
and full of flavour. I would definitely get this again!

This was a great idea from Wicked kitchen, but I really wasn't blown away by
it unfortunately. The outside has a good savoury & nicely seasoned flavour but the inside we both found a bit bland, and the spongy texture a bit odd. 😕
It's pretty good value at £6 (currently on offer for £5) with enough for 5-6 servings. 💰
Interesting to try & the more 🦃 alternatives the merrier, but not something I'd go for again.

Really impressed, taste and texture very cleverly done even the slightly tough/chewy outer crust.
Unless
you have a super sharp or electric knife cut across the shortest path or cut long ways on the bottom. Otherwise your just pull it apart lol I did managed a few lovely thin cuts after destroying the first half. It Did almost represent a soggy bread at first, but once it’s paired with all the trimmings and some gravy it’s really bloody (not bloody 🌱 ) impressive! if your after a turkey alternative look no further, I believe this is probably the best you can get however if not, this is definitely not gonna be your (cranberry) jam!

Taste is phenomenal. Perfect with cranberry sauce. Scarily looks like chicken breasts ! Very clever.
And very tasty!
