Not a fan unfortunately. The filling was a bit dry and not super flavoursome. Would've been better if it was more tomatoey, maybe with some diced roast veg to make the lentil filling a bit more varied

This lasagna is amazing! Tastes great, and good texture and consistency, does not go too mashy. Not much on the healthy side due to the amount of fat…but it is worth it! Very easy to prepare as well, 40 min in the oven.
