peng panang tofu curry

This was actually pretty good for a frozen meal. It was large and filling. The pieces of tofu were large chunks, so I chopped them up real small to mix it in better. The flavor was good. I would get this again if it was on sale! ￼

I think the curry sauce was a little on the watery side. Because of this, the flavor was not strong.   I did like it, so I will try again to see if the sauce is as it should be.
