The taste of this was absolutely amazing. Not overly convenient - my fault for not reading the label but I like taking the wicked kitchen meals to work as all the other ones I’ve had you can heat in the microwave and don’t need the oven but with this you need to remove the fillet and cook it in the oven and then cook the rest in the microwave. So I had to have it another day at home as we don’t have an oven at work 🤦🏼‍♀️ As the stuff is all mixed together the fillet was covered in the sauce and stuck to the tray when cooking and all the breadcrumbs on the underside came off. All a bit of a faff really but the end taste was lovely.

This Katsu curry was okay but I don’t think I would buy it again! Partially my fault as I did not read the cooking instructions as I assumed it was a microwave meal but the soy chicken was supposed to be cooked in the oven. As I bought it for work I didn’t have an oven so had to make up a microwave time for it, not ideal! The taste was okay but there wasn’t enough curry sauce so it felt a bit dry. Quite high calories, fat and salt for something that didn’t feel that worth it. I feel like the name is a bit misleading as well because ‘kickin’ implies a bit spicy but it isn’t. Decent portion size, especially the fillet.
