Wibbly wobbly vegan jelly? Yes please! This jelly has a great texture - it is wobbly and has the firmness you would expect from conventional jelly. It isn't watery or slimy as I have found some vegan jellies to be in the past. It's sweet and fruity, sweetened with erythritol, stevia and fruit sugar, according to the pack. Each pack of granules makes about a pint of jelly, which is fast-setting and dissolves easily. I really enjoyed this as a refreshing dessert and I want to try it with vegan ice cream next time for a real old school party pudding! I got mine in Tesco for £1.10 a sachet. They also sold raspberry, orange and forest fruits varieties.
